1. Return Policy – UK Only
This policy applies only to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
If you have placed an order delivered outside the United Kingdom, please contact us before returning the item.
2. Your Statutory Rights
Under UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to:

This means you have up to 28 days in total to notify us and return an item, provided it is:

With all original tags and packaging intact
This extended return period is offered as a goodwill policy.
4. How to Return an Item
To return an item:

Once approved, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you cancel under your statutory rights, we will refund:
