Return and Refund Policy
At Bag Yours, we understand that finding the perfect bag is important. We want your shopping experience with us to be enjoyable and worry-free. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 28-day return policy.
Notification Period: 14 Days
Upon receiving your bag, you have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return it. Please email us at cs@bagyours.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Period: 14 Days
Once you have informed us of your intention to return, you have 14 days to ship the item back. The bag must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exclusions

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order bags cannot be returned.

Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, certain small accessories (e.g., bag organizers, cosmetic pouches) may not be eligible for return if used.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different bag or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Returns for Used Items
For quality assurance, used bags cannot be returned, as we are unable to resell them. Please carefully check product descriptions, photos, and sizing before placing your order.
